CONTAMINATION IN INDONESIA

INDONESIA, WHERE THE WORD CONTAMINATION HAS NO MEANING
Indonesia is struggling with pollution, particularly plastic waste, due to the tourism industry's rapid growth on the island. The country's waste management infrastructure is overwhelmed, and rubbish often ends up in the ocean, rivers, and beaches, harming marine life and ecosystems. To address this issue, waste separation has been implemented, as recycling programs, and large dumpsters in key locations. However, limited funding and education have hindered their effectiveness.
Despite the challenges, Indonesia continues to seek innovative solutions to its garbage problems, recognizing the importance of preserving its natural beauty and biodiversity for future generations.
